Join York Central Action and Hugh Ellis from the Town and Country Planning Association, (TCPA) for an introduction to the English planning system, followed by a discussion on how we as community groups can use what we have learnt to effectively organise and influence the development of the York Central site. This what we expect to be the first of a series in a rolling programme of open sessions which will constitute a community conference for activists over the coming months.
