What kind of new jobs & office/workspace do we need?
Details about commercial space are still being finalised, but so far there has been a lot of talk about 10-storey office blocks and “grade A” office space that will attract new global businesses to our door-step. Is high-end luxury office space what we need? Is this new space going to attract the type of jobs & training local people are looking for? What other type of workspace do we need? Should there be more affordable space for local start-ups? How should we be supporting the existing businesses community?
